In Fall 2024, The ONE Group Hospitality Inc. unveiled STK Steakhouse Fallsview inside Niagara's Embassy Suites Hotel, a destination celebrated for its modern, sophisticated design and breathtaking views of the Falls. eurOptimum was brought on to craft a dramatic slat ribbon wall at the entrance and flowing ceiling ribbons throughout the restaurant that elevate the dining experience.
